Insurers, Claims Managment Companies & Investigation Agencies are joining forces with AIFCI to develop a Qualified Investigators logo to recognise the importance of Cert IFCI and other qualifications at Level 4 & above delivered by AIFCI recognised training providers.

Qualified Investigator Logo
In a recent survey carried out by AIFCI amongst agencies, insurers and personal injury solicitors we discovered some interesting facts:
- One very large agency is shedding up to 18 under performing agents per month.
- We carried out a survey amongst PI solicitors and found that up to 40% of PI Cases drop out almost immediately due to several reasons listed below in order of importance;
- The service received from solicitor.
- The service received from the agency & the agent.
- Speed of service
- Fraud
- A Solicitors firm at the moment is spending 1,000's defending a breach of long distance selling regs, because the delivery and explanation of the CFA was poor!
