    Qualified Investigator Logo

    In a recent survey carried out by AIFCI amongst agencies, insurers and personal injury solicitors we discovered some interesting facts:

    • One very large agency is shedding up to 18 under performing agents per month.

    • We carried out a survey amongst PI solicitors and found that up to 40% of PI Cases drop out almost immediately due to several reasons listed below in order of importance;
    1. The service received from solicitor.
    2. The service received from the agency & the agent.
    3. Speed of service
    4. Fraud

    • A Solicitors firm at the moment is spending 1,000's defending a breach of long distance selling regs, because the delivery and explanation of the CFA was poor!
